AGM

We hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hawarden Village Parent School Association to be held on Thursday 2nd October at 7.30pm at Ewloe Sports & Social Club.

We need to elect a Committee to represent the Association throughout the forthcoming academic year. The positions to be filled are Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary. If you are interested in applying for any of these positions please email hawardenvillageparents@gmail.com for a nomination form.

We are always on the lookout for event volunteers as well as general committee members. There are no expectations about commitment level, so any help you are able to give is greatly appreciated.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the AGM.
